Where do you ancestral testaments/property titles of Colonial Nueva Galicia (Jalisco,Zacatecas)?

Does anyone know where to look for ancestor's land title or testaments during the colonial period of Nueva Galicia (Jalisco, Zacatecas)?

Supposedly they had registered at the Real Audencia of Guadalajara?
